My Story
I hail from a simple middle class family where my parents have been my biggest support system and strength. I give all the credits to them to give me a blessed childhood.
Being a stage person always and mostly loved by all since the early years of my life. I had earned quite some laurels as an ‘All Rounder’ all through my school and college life. Being the state gold medalist in Taekwon-Do which is a Korean form of martial arts, Sports Captain and Head Girl in my school, Singer, Painter, Dance Choreographer, Anchor and list is endless.
Life professionally & personally has always been super enriching and learning experience so far. Some time even been a roller coaster ride where I worked extra hard to achieve the next milestone. Of Course I had fallen, learnt, dusted myself enough and kept moving. I add all of it proudly to my bigger life experience of growing up.
So as I finished my education, I got college placement itself in one of the IT MNC, Publicis Sapient as a Developer or you can say Coder. It was like a big thing in my college since there were only 3 of us who cracked Publicis Sapient from my batch back in 2005.
I also had the honor to work with a few other IT giants like Hitachi Solution, Ignify, Thoughtworks in my journey of 16+ years of working with no breaks so far. This entire journey has groomed me so well, helping me understand Customer needs, Communication skills, Influencing & Persuasion skills, Hybrid delivery models, Emotional intelligence, Team semantics, How is Leaders life? , Cultural diversity, Situation handling techniques, the importance of women at the table 🙂 and so much more serving various positions starting right from developer to Technical Lead to Team Leader, Project Manager, Producer, ecommerce & digital transformation lead, Program & Governance Manager, Shared Services Leader, and currently working as Business Operation Head for India Market.
I had worked with eminent clients like Coca-Cola US, Starbucks SEA & TH, Tiffany & Co. Chicago US (Luxury jewelry brand), Vodafone Berkshire UK, EverythingEverywhere London UK, Wood Mackenzie Scotland, One Call Florida US, VRisk Insurance US, COLT US and many more in the field of Telecommunication, Lifestyle, Consultancy, Energy sector, Food & Beverage, Health & Insurance sector.
I live with my family and they are my biggest support system. Meditation is the backbone of my life. I love the time spent in silence with nature & myself. I often call it ‘Me Time’.
Being a woman I had learnt it’s a little different and hard for us to establish ourselves in various sectors of our life as male dominance is still a thing which can not be overruled until and unless we have more Women Role Models.
I love to conduct and run my coaching sessions on Women empowerment, Leadership Qualities, Meditation programs, Business & professional skills. People who have listened to me often say that I have magnetic energy to Motivate people around, so I take that credit for mentioning it here too
