Women - Chin Up and Fix Yourself!
FOREWORD BY DR. KIRAN BEDI
Each chapter of this book is powerful, motivating, informative, educational capsules to understand your sisters, wife, daughters, subordinates, daughter in laws, women's well. However the book is to sensitise every gender but as a woman, it will make you believe that you can be anything you want to be - a believer, achiever, dreamer, fearless queen only if you have the right intention to learn, skill up, understand yourself, work on your mindset.
This book shares really good insights on gender equality, discrimination against women in society, challenges faced by them, importance of financial freedom, education, having more women leaders and respectful cohabitation. Reading Rajani's experience and work through some of the chapters I felt she has tried her best to bring this as a help guide for all women. How to be more self aware regardless of your shape, size, gender, caste, color to stop looking or waiting for external validations, motivating oneself to stand with courage against all odds and keep moving On in life. Her hand made sketches add extra touch to the content.
As we all say, life is to live to the fullest till the time we are here in this worldly drama. This book provides deeper insights to live life to the best and not with regret 🙂 , bringing up the right 'to be’ future generation for a gender neutral society right from our own homes.
I wish her all the best for the book and her efforts in the area of woman empowerment.

My Book
This book is an honest effort to inspire, motivate, and spread awareness among women of any age group, ethnicity, color, size, or country of origin. A step by step guide to help them unleash their hidden potential and get out of this victimhood mentality to powerful minds. All they need is a spark, a burning flame, and the willingness to bring the required changes.
I wish through this book, all the beautiful ladies across the globe can pick, learn and identify what they need to implement in their life to make it more valuable for themselves.
I had tried to make this book very handy to read for everyone by giving careful thought to chapters & content. I was unwilling to make it a long saga and wanted to keep it right for all of you. Just what you might need to kick start, understand and take some actions.
This work is purely an outcome of my experiences as a woman and working, interacting, and coaching many other women from different walks of life. My experiences of knowing more about the women’s rights and ground condition of women who visited along with me in CAW cells & courtrooms as I met many along the way add an extra touch to this book.
Also, as you go towards the chapters in this book, you will see a lot of questions for you to give you a chance to self-introspect and help you unlock and shift your current mental models. Try to spend some time answering these questions genuinely for yourself to check where you stand and what you feel.

I feel great pleasure in writing this foreward to Rajani's first foray in the literary field. Ever since I have known her from the time when she was fighting for her rights a few years ago, I have understood her as a fighter and not one to give up. Although I have worked in the fields of women emancipation and child rights for over 25 years, I have rarely found a woman with such courage and readiness to work hard for what is due to her.
This book will be an encouragement to all women and especially to those who are going through some tough phases in life. This book will be a great help to change your mind into a powerful person. Rajani has put down her thoughts succinctly and clearly in this book, which women can use as a guide for their actions.
I wish Rajani all success in writing more books in the future. I also wish you to achieve more success and enjoy more happiness in the year ahead. Amen

What Readers Say...
It is my honor to write the foreword for Rajani's maiden entry into the literary world! Most of us are illustrators of our own stories, however, it takes a mighty warrior to take control of every line of illustration and not be afraid to redefine! Rajani is one such warrior and she not only shared her story but shared what needs to be heard by fellow women- The assurance and the resurrection!
The book reminded me of Ikigai in its simplicity and staying true to the line of narration! It makes the readers think about their purpose in life, how to go about it, and tells them that it is never too late to start or to call it quits !!!
The writing is simple, funny yet powerful! What is so outstanding about the book is that it doesn't give life principles in some fancy jargon or doesn't get too philosophical, it just gives in plain simple terms for every reader to get the message, at times with Sharukh's dialogue too
The chapters are mini capsules but potent medicine for life! Though the book is written from a female point of view, it is for any human who is looking to find ways to take charge of life!
Rajani, your writing is "Be. You. Tiful" and wishing you all the very best for the first and many more to come!!

"Writing a book is a labor of love and sharing. It was wonderful to read about Rajani's learnings and to get glimpses of her journey through the thoughts and experiences she has penned down.
Courage to stand up for oneself, to pick oneself up and keep on going when life throws hardships at you and investing in oneself, are aspects I am personally taking away from this book. The hand drawn pictures and illustrations were wonderful embellishments and captured the essence of the thoughts being shared. Wishing Rajani greater success as she endeavors to bring about the change in society that she has embarked upon."
